Return & Exchange Policy

At gassmeta, every jersey is custom-made just for you. While we do our best to ensure perfection, we know sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and fixes.


1. Custom Orders

Because our jerseys are personalized, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer
  • Typographical or design errors provided in the order
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Please double-check your size, name, number, and design before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t match your approved design:

  • Contact us at support@gassmeta.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will remake or replace the jersey at no additional cost.


3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, your order goes into production and cannot be canceled.

4. Exchanges (Non-Custom Items Only)

If you purchased a non-custom item (e.g., blank jerseys or accessories), you may request an exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect products, we cover the return shipping.
  • For approved returns on non-custom items, customers pay the return shipping cost.
